Zurich Towers is a 940,000 square feet office facility comprised of two 21-story towers connected by a two-story central atrium and two five-story parking garages. The property was constructed between 1986 and 1989 and is situated on a 17.5-acre site approximately 30 miles northwest of downtown Chicago.
