The Waterman Distribution Center consists of a single building constructed of structural steel framing with pre-cast concrete tilt-up perimeter wall panel containing a total of 553,592 square feet on a 25-acre land parcel. The building contains over 100 dock-high and ramped loading positions along the north and south elevations.
Evaluated as part of a local portfolio of industrial/warehouse facilities in the Inland Empire east of Los Angeles, McClain Consulting provided building evaluation services with a focus on verifying building dimensions, fire protection systems, and site pavement components.
