Uptown Stor-All, New Orleans, LA

Originally constructed between 1835 and 1932, the Uptown Stor-All is a self-storage facility with a total floor area of 112,350 square feet comprising a total of 1,008 storage spaces. Situated on a 2.7-acre site located approximately 2½ miles southwest of downtown New Orleans in southeastern Louisiana.

Part of a portfolio of storage facilities, McClain Consulting provided a Property Condition Assessment including a vacancy optimization review at the site. In addition, detailed structural engineering inspection was perform to confirm the stability of the older framing members.
