Times Square Tower, NYC

One Financial Center is a commercial 48-story office tower constructed in 1983 located at the south end of Times Square in New York City. The building features a rentable floor area of 1,302,669 square feet, the majority of which consists of office space in addition to retail space and an entrance to the Times Square subway station at the base of the tower.

On behalf of a client acquiring a partial stake in the building, McClain Consulting provided equity Property Condition Assessment services with a focus on mechanical, vertical transportation, and building envelope components.
