The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City is a 17-story hospitality facility constructed above two subterranean floor levels in 1989 with renovations performed in 2007 and 2015-2017. The hotel tower features 311,509 square feet of floor area and 365 guestrooms including 44 club level rooms and 25 suites. Situated near the banks of the Potomac River in Arlington, Virginia, directly across from The Pentagon and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and approximately three miles southwest of downtown Washington, DC.

McClain Consulting provided pre-acquisition environmental and engineering due diligence services including a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and a Property Condition Assessment with an emphasis on exterior façade waterproofing, mechanical equipment, electrical components, plumbing systems, and compliance with 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
