Constructed in 1909, the Pearl Street Building is a mixed-use 4-story office/retail structure located on the Pearl Street Mall, a pedestrian-only outdoor walking mall in Boulder, CO, situated 25 miles northwest of downtown Denver. With a floor area of 43,200 square feet, this building was one of several historic mixed-use buildings in a portfolio.
