Northborough Crossing, Northborough, MA

Northborough Crossing  is one of the largest open-air mixed-use shopping centers in Central Massachusetts comprised of 17 primary buildings reportedly originally constructed between 2008 and 2013.

As part of an acquisition, McClain Consulting evaluated the condition of the buildings providing reports for main and pad buildings, as well as vacant tenant spaces.
