ESPN Offices, Bristol, CT

Comprised of three buildings totaling 410,174 square feet of floor area, the ESPN offices are situated on a 17-building 123-acre site in Bristol, Connecticut, approximately 15 miles southwest of Hartford. The buildings were constructed between 1960 and 1974 and house production and storage facilities for the international cable sports channel owned by The Walt Disney Company and Hearst Communications.

As part of an acquisition, McClain Consulting evaluated the condition of the buildings with an emphasis on exterior facades, roofing, and mechanical systems.
