Featuring three full-size basketball courts, sand volleyball court, great lawn area, organic vegetable garden, and labyrinth, the 23½-acre Electronic Arts Campus is located in Redwood City 25 miles southwest of San Fransisco. The facility includes six structures totaling 1.3 million square feet of floor area.

Working with a team that included an architect, mechanical engineer, waterproofing specialist and structural engineer among others, McClain Consulting provided condition assessment services for capital budget planning purposes.
