Colony Square, Alanta, GA

Colony Square a mixed-use complex located in midtown Atlanta that features three office buildings and two mixed-use buildings constructed above a 3-level subterranean parking garage. The buildings were built between 1968 and 1974, renovated in 1999-2000 and again in 2018-2023 with $350 million in property upgrades and renovations.

Working on both pre-acquisition and pre-disposition projects over the years at Colony Square, McClain Consulting’s team included structural, mechanical, and façade engineering analysis.
