Aston Waikiki, HI

The Aston Waikiki is a hospitality facility comprised of a 23-story hotel tower constructed above a single basement level originally constructed in 1970 and extensively remodeled between 2006 and 2012. The hotel tower features 645 guestrooms and has a floor area of 397,731 square feet with approximately 19,400 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 3,300 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space. The building overlooks Waikiki Beach and the Pacific Ocean, north of Kapiolani Park and approximately one mile northwest of Diamond Head.

McClain Consulting has provided numerous services and surveys at the hotel through the years including Property Condition Assessment and Phase I ESA evaluations as well as consulting on lead-based paint, asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) environmental consultation.
