Arcadia Student Living is a 23-acre complex of 41 buildings comprising 304,974 square feet of residential space constructed in 2014. The site provides a total of 205 dwelling units and 765 bedrooms for students at the nearby University of North Carolina at Charlotte. The site is widely known for its unique building types including chalet, lodge, manor house, tree house, and cottage buildings.

McClain Consulting provided pre-warranty expiration inspection services approximately nine months after the property was completed. Customized pre-acquisition evaluations were performed including retaining wall condition assessments throughout the site. Additionally, litigation support involving structural settlement at one of the larger buildings on site was provided.
