The Amazon Logistic Facility is a state-of-the-art single-story automated logistics and distribution facility with a total floor area of 627,685 square feet constructed in 2021. Located approximately 10 miles southwest of Norfolk, the main building features a clear height of 40 feet and 125 loading dock doors along the perimeter. The pump house is equipped with a 240,000-gallon fire water tank.

McClain Consulting performed Property Condition Assessment services on behalf of a nationwide REIT during a potential acquisition. In addition, further investigation of civil engineering and groundwater issues were performed throughout the 73-acre site.
