Aladdin Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, LV

The Aladdin Hotel and Casino, is a 39-story hotel complex providing 2,567 guest rooms that was constructed between 1998 and 2000, following the implosion of the previous hotel and casino development. The first five stories of the facility are occupied by the resort and casino amenities, with a swimming pool deck located on the roof of the fifth story. Now branded as Planet Hollywood Resort, the property is situated on four irregularly-shaped parcels totaling 16-acres on the east side of the Las Vegas Strip.

Working on a tight timeframe on behalf of a national lender, security systems evaluation was performed by McClain Consulting as part of the Property Condition Assessment, in addition to evaluations of accessibility, structural systems, exterior wall and roofing systems. The project was successfully completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
